Placing An Offer
1. A Domain Name will
be sold to the bidder placing an acceptable offer at or above the minimum bid price for
that specific domain name or the highest bidder if there is more than one offer to
purchase. Buy-1-800-DomainNames.com reserves the right to reject any bid or offer.
2. Upon completion of
a written Purchase Agreement and payment has been received in full, the Domain Name
purchased shall be transferred from Buy-1-800-DomainNames.Com to the purchasers through
Network Solutions, Inc.
Payment Policy
1. Successful bidder/purchaser will be
required to execute a Purchase Agreement within 24 hours of being designated the
successful bidder.
2. Upon full execution of a Purchase
Agreement by all parties, Purchaser is required to submit payment in full by
certified bank check or cashier's check only. If payment is not received in the
allotted time period, Buy-1-800-DomainNames.Com shall deem said bidder to have forfeited
their intention to purchase the domain name and Buy-1-800-DomainNames.Com will immediately
contact the second highest bidder.
3. Upon receipt of payment in full by
Buy-1-800-DomainNames.Com, Domain Name shall be transferred to purchaser through Network
Solutions, Inc.
